我院自动包药机调剂模式的实践与体会

Practice and Experience for Automatic Medicine Packaging Machine in Our Hospital

目的:为自动包药机的使用提供参考。方法:介绍我院自动包药机调剂模式及其在相关工作流程、制度、规范建立过程中的体会。结果与结论:自动包药机调剂模式存在最低人力配置,不一定能显著减省人力;提高自动包药机调剂效率关键在于缩短人力操作时间,建议综合拆零工作量、药品质量与库存管理等因素制订适宜的拆零原则;应优化自动包药机调剂模式使其效益最大化。

OBJECTIVE：To provide reference for the application of automatic medicine packaging machine.METHODS：The usage mode of the automatic medicine packaging machine in our hospital was introduced,and the experience of the formulation of workflow,system and norms were introduced.RESULTS CONCLUSIONS：The automatic drug dispensing machine have the lowest limit labor,so it can＇t significantly reduce labor;the improvement of the efficiency of automatic medicine packaging machine lies in a compressed manual operation time.The dismounting principle should be made according to the workload of drug dismounting,drugs quality and the inventory management,etc.The dispensary mode of automatic medicine packaging machine should be optimized to maximize the benefit.
