井眼轨迹控制工具减速机构研究

摘要 随着定向井和大位移井等复杂结构井的大量出现,井眼轨迹控制工具的作用越来越明显。本文对高造斜率井眼轨迹控制工具中减速机构进行了深入研究:将行星齿轮、蜗轮蜗杆和谐波齿轮三种减速机构进行了对比,最终优选出了谐波齿轮减速机构,并对其工作原理进行了阐述;然后对谐波齿轮减速机构中柔轮进行了结构设计、强度校核和稳定性分析;最后对谐波齿轮减速机构的设计进行了总结,提出了柔轮寿命存在的问题,为高造斜率井眼轨迹控制工具的进一步研究奠定了基础。 With emergence of the complex structure wells such as directional wells and extended reach wells in large numbers, the effects of wellbore trajectory controlling tools have become increasingly apparent. In this paper, the decelerating mechanism of well trajectory controlling tools with point-the-bit is deeply researched: the planetary gears, worm gears and harmonic gears being compared, the harmonic gear mechanism is selected out finally, and its working principle is described. Then structural design, strength check and stability analysis of the flexible gears which is an important part of harmonic gear mechanism is carried out. Finally, the design of harmonic gear mechanism being summarized, and the problems of service life of the flexible gears being proposed, it lays the foundation for further study of well trajectory controlling tools.
