摘要
门诊是医院诊疗工作的第一线 ,是医护人员接触病人最早、服务病人数最多的医疗部门。门诊的诊疗秩序、工作状况直接体现了医院的综合能力和管理水平。为加快医院的现代化管理步伐 ,营造一个温馨的就医环境和良好的诊疗秩序 ,我院在新门诊楼安装了一套瑞泽RAJ—580 0型排队管理系统。该管理系统设计科学、操作简便、易于掌握 ,具有较高的适用性 ,能提高医院的管理水平 ,改善诊疗秩序。
Diagnosis-treatment order and operational circumstance correspond to the whole hospital power and administrative ability in outpatient department,an important medical treatment department,in which public health workers offer servings to most of patients in time.For accelerating the modernization of hospital management,providing a warm-fragment circumstance and orderly diagnosis-treatment sequence,a set of queue- administration system,RAJ-5800 typed,which has preferable applicability because of it’s scientific design and easier to master and manipulate,is installed and used in the new outpatient building,the First People’s Hospital of Yunnan Provence.As a result of applying of RAJ-5800 type queue-administration system, hospital’s administrative ability and ministrant ability are improved largely as well be praised by patients and persons of same business,in the past of year.
