超声心动图测算介入治疗前继发孔型房缺的伸展直径 被引量:1

摘要 目的 应用超声心动图的方法,替代心导管球囊法测定房缺的伸展直径。方法 10例进行心超和球囊测定其房缺大小,并对它们所测的伸展直径作比较,二维超声测径由2-3个切面中获得,且用公式(伸展直径(mm)=1.05×超声测径(mm)+5.49)算出房缺的伸展直径。结果 表明超声测算法和球囊法测径在房缺的仲展直径方面有显著的相关性(r=0.824;P<0.001)。结论二维超声能正确测算房缺的伸展直径,可用于选择房缺的Amplatzer堵封装置的大小。 Purpose To determine the feasibility of an echocardiograic method for the measurement of stretched diameter comparing with cardiac catheterization. Methods The ASD size was measured by echocardiographic and balloon mehtods in a group of 10 patients. The two-dimensional echo measurements were obtained in 2 ~ 3 echo views. The stretched ASD diameter can be estimated according to the following: 1.05 x echo diameter (millimeters) + 5.49. Results The echocardiograhic method and ballon sizing have a significant correlation about stretched ASD diameter ( r = 0. 824; p < 0. 001). Conclusion The stretched ASD diameter can be estimated accurately by two-dimensional ultrasound, consequently which could be used for selection of Amplatzer device for occlusion of ASD.
