摘要
精梳机车头箱内偏心套组件,由摇动臂、偏心套、偏心轮三种零件组成。其组成的三种零件对于整机的性能及噪声有直接影响。偏心套组件由于三种零件三种材料,且长时间运行,通过油浴润滑、降温,配合间隙的计算显得尤为重要。通过近几年来对精梳机不断摸索及实验验证,研究精梳机偏心套组件在高温工作条件下配合间隙的计算。
