小学生拖延行为心理原因及干预策略初探 被引量:4

摘要 近年来拖延行为的研究多着眼于大学生,小学生的拖延行为及其危害被长久忽略。小学生的拖延行为导致了学业和心理上的双重压力,成绩下滑,心理焦虑,产生羞耻感、无助感,引起低自尊,并且危害健康,对小学生身心发展造成多方面的负面影响。本文旨在探究小学生拖延行为的心理原因并提出若干干预策略。
