消糖止渴胶囊治疗2型糖尿病的临床和实验研究

Clinical and Experimental Study on Xiaotangzhike Capsule for Treating Non-insulin-dependent Diabetes

目的 :观察消糖止渴胶囊治疗 2型糖尿病的疗效。方法 :采用自身前后对照方法 ,观察消糖止渴胶囊对10 8例 2型糖尿病患者主要症状及血糖的影响 ;观察消糖止渴胶囊对四氧嘧啶糖尿病大鼠的影响。结果 :消糖止渴胶囊能明显改善 2型糖尿病的临床症状 ,减少尿糖 ,降低血糖 (P <0 .0 1) ;对糖尿病大鼠血糖也有明显降低作用(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :2型糖尿病与脾气亏虚有密切关系 ,采用具有健脾益气作用的消糖止渴胶囊 ,对其有一定的疗效。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Xiaotangzhike Capsule on non insulin dependent diabetes(type Ⅱ diabetes).Methods:The changes of main symptoms and blood sugar were observed in 108 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes by themselves controls before and after treatment,and in 80 rats with alloxan induced diabetes by random controls.Results:Xiaotangzhike Capsule could markedly improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the urine and blood sugar of patients(P< 0.01 ),and markedly reduce the blood sugar of alloxan diabetes rats(P<0.05).Conclusion:The type Ⅱ diabetes is related to insufficiency of the spleen Qi,Xiaotangzhike Capsule can reinforce the spleen and invigorate the Qi,so has certain therapeutic effect on type Ⅱdiabetes.
