摘要
目的观察斯氏狸殖吸虫在大鼠体内发育过程中的血清特异性抗体水平动态变化。方法用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测感染斯氏狸殖吸虫大鼠在不同时期的特异性的血清抗体。结果大鼠在感染后第45天检测到抗囊蚴抗体且抗体水平逐渐升高 ,60天达到最高 ,以后略有下降并维持一定水平 ,直至感染结束。在感染后的第80天开始检测到抗成虫抗体 ,但抗体滴度一直处于较低水平 ,感染结束后均在4只试验大鼠肺部查到成虫。结论大白鼠感染斯氏狸殖吸虫后血清抗体的变化具有期特异性。
To study the changes of serum specific antibody level in wistar rats infected with Parumogonimus skrjabini.Methods The specific antibodies against Parumogonimus skrjabini on different development stage in rats were determined by ELISA.Results The antibody against metacercaria in rat serum was found after infection 45 days and the antibody titer rose gradually.The high antibody level was examined in 60 days after infection till the test finished.The antibody against adult worm was determined after infection 80 days by ELISA,but the antibody level was low.The adult worms of Parumogonimus skrjabini were obtained in the lungs from infected wistar rats.Conclusion The antibody changes in rats infected with Parumogonimus skrjabini kept stage specificity in different development period.
