间接显微频闪喉镜手术

Indirect Micro-laryngostroboscopic Surgery

随着光导纤维的发展，近年来喉内窥镜手术发展甚快，但以间接显微技术与频闪喉镜结合进行声带手术，目前国内尚无报道。本文以间接显微颗闪喉镜，对33例声带息肉进行了手术摘除，现就此手术的国外发展动态、手术特点、手术器械、操作要点、术式的优缺点及临床实用价值客观的对比分析。

Progresses have been extended in the laryngostroboscope surgery with development of optic fibre in the recent years. However the combination of the indirect microsurgery with laryngostroboscope has not been reported at home. In this paper, 33 cases of the resection of vocal polyps by indirect micro-laryngostroboscopic surgery are analysed. Current situation abroad, characteristics, operative instruments, surgical highlight, advantages and shortcomings and clinical value of this surgery are introduced at the same time.
