摘要 泥水平衡式顶管施工以其作业性能好、总顶力较小及施工进度快等优点受到顶管工程界的肯定,但其在施工过程中如果控制不当,将造成地面塌陷、污染环境及泥浆突涌等现象,特别是在曲线顶管测量控制不当的情况下问题更加突出。从泥浆配制、泥浆分离、曲线段测量及压密注浆技术四方面来探讨泥水平衡式曲线顶管施工阶段技术控制措施,为同类工程施工提供借鉴。 Type of slurry balance pipe j acking construction is sure by pipe j acking engineering with its good operating performance, small total jacking force, and the advantages of fast construction progress. However improper control in construction process will lead to ground subsidence, the phenomenon such as environmental pollution and slurry outburst flood, especially under the condition of the curve pipe jacking. This study discusses slurry balance type curve pipe jacking construction technology control measures in four aspects, such as slurry preparation, slurry separation, slurry curve segment measurement and pressure grouting technology, providing reference for the similar engineering construction.
