摘要
本次试验以C30为设计强度,取定0.36、0.40和0.50三个水胶比,粉煤灰掺量为15%、30%和40%,考核指标为7d、28d、90d龄期混凝土试件的抗压和抗拉强度,进行数据分析和讨论。试验配制成型的混凝土强度等级达到了C30~C50。粉煤灰混凝土中粉煤灰早期主要以微骨料效应起主导作用,后期转变为火山灰活性效应起关键作用。在混凝土中掺入粉煤灰可以改善混凝土的物理力学性能,有利于环境保护和绿色混凝土的可持续发展,降低造价,具有极大的技术、生态和经济效益,在实际工程中有一定的推广应用的意义。
This experiment take C30 as the design intensity, take for 0.36, 0.40 and 0.50 three water-binder ratio, fly ash content is 15%, 30% and 40%, the evaluation index o f 7d, 28d, 90d cement concrete samples o f concrete compressive and tensile strength, data analysis and discussion. The experimental configuration formation concrete strength level has achieved C30 - C50. Early fly ash in fly ash concrete to micro-aggregate effect plays a dominant role, late into the pozzolanic activity effects play a key role. By m/xing fly ash in concrete can improve the concrete the physical mechanics performance, it is advantageous in the environmental protection and the green concrete's sustainable development, save cost, has the enormous technology, the ecology and the economic eiticiency, has certain promoted application significance in the actual project.
