按照国家"走出去"战略要求,中国石化工程建设公司不断拓展海外市场,先后承接各种类型的海外工程建设项目,如工程总承包项目(EPC-Engi neeri ng,Procurement andConst ruct i on)、工程设计项目(E-Engi neeri ng)、工程设计加采购服务(EP-Engi neeri ngandProcurement)等。在海外项目运营中,我们以国际项目管理方法论为基础,结合项目管理信息系统应用,不断积累项目管理工程实践和经验。本篇是海外工程建设项目工程实践系列中设计文档管理篇,主要针对海外项目设计文档管理,结合国际文档管理软件EMCDocument um的应用,简要介绍我们的工程实践,共同提高我国工程建设行业开拓国际市场的项目管理水平。

In accordance with the national strategic requirements of＂going global＂, Sinopec Engineering Incorporation has continued to develop the overseas markets, and has started to undertake various types of overseas Engineering and Construction projects, such as EPC project （EPC-Engineering, Procurement and Construction）, Engineer/rig Design project （E-Engineering）, Engineering Design and Procurement Services （EP-Engineering and Procurement）, etc.. In the operation of the overseas project, we based on the methodology of international project management, along with information system applications, to accumulate practice and experience of the project management. This is about engineering document management as a the part of a series of overseas Engineering and Construction projects practice, which is mainly for oversees commercial/contract project management, combined with the application of the international document management sol, rare ＂EMC Documantum＂, that provides a brief introduction of engineering project practice. I hope this article has broached the subject and has raised the project management level of exploring international market in our national＇s engineering and construction industry.
