摘要 预装式电气间是起源于上世纪90年代模块化工厂的概念,即整个工厂规划成不同的模块如生产模块、工艺模块、电气模块等组成,各模块在生产地完成建造、安装及验收,整体运输至工厂所在地,现场安装,调试,试运行后完成整个工厂设施,大大减少了土建的工作量及周期,同时缩短了整个工厂的建设周期,可以更早地使工厂运营获利。在项目中,客户或承包方(EPC)更倾向于向电气集成商采购电气模块,来获得更好的电气技术服务和减小项目风险。本文试图从电气间的设计、制造的成本分析与传统土建房屋的比较以得出两种方案的成本优劣,利于设计方案的选择和决策。 E-House is the concept originating from module plant in the 1990s. A module plant is composed of various modules such as production, process and electric rical ones, which are constructed, assembled and accepted in their respective manufacturing places and then transported to the plant site for final install, commission and sial. This type of E-House will reduces the site workload and time of civil works significantly and shortens the time period of construction of the project and making it's possible for plant start up/operation much more earlier compare with traditional building. Not only for the big petrochemical project and also for some real estate project, customers or EPC contractors is more likely to choose such solution from specific provider in order to get better services and reduce the risks. This article will focus on the cost analysis between E-House & traditionalbuilding in concluding for the advantages for future selections and decisions.
