摘要
试验研究了长石等熔剂原料和烧成温度对陶瓷贮酒缸和发酵缸坯体吸水率的影响,为最终确定陶瓷贮酒缸和发酵缸的坯体配方提供了依据。通过对所生产的陶瓷贮酒缸和发酵缸进行吸水率试验,阐述了陶瓷贮酒缸和发酵缸不渗漏以及有益微生物的繁殖,使酒贮存越长久越香醇的原因。
The experiment studies the influences of fusing agent such as feldspar and firing temperature on water absorption of large ceramic wine storage tanks and fermentation vats, which provides basis for the final determination of ceramic wine storage tanks and fermentation vats body formula. Based on the testing of water absorption of large ceramic wine storage tanks and fermentation vats ,this paper states why no leakage of wine storage tanks and fermentation vats and beneficial microbial breeding can make the wine is sweeter when it is stored longer.
