摘要
目的探讨TCT技术、病理活检和DNA倍体分析在宫颈癌筛查中的应用价值。方法随机抽取门诊就诊病人行TCT检查和DNA倍体分析。诊断阳性者,全部在阴道镜下活检,行LEEP术后标本与阴道镜下活检结果进行对照。结果除12例不满意标本外,TCT异常者检出率为8.43%;其中ASCUS占5.03%,LSIL占1.72%,HSIL占1.59%,SCC占0.09%。LEEP术前与术后诊断结果比较,差别有显著性。DNA倍体分析异常者4.46%。结论细胞学筛查与病理活检及DNA倍体分析联合应用,在保证筛查的敏感性的同时能明显提高子宫颈癌前病变及宫颈癌筛查的特异性,提高检出率。
Objective Ti analyze the value of TCT technology/biopsy/DNA ploidy in screening cervical cancer.Methods Cases in our hospital were randomly selected to carry out TCT and DNA ploidy analysis. The positive cases were diagnosed would be detected by biopsy under colposcopy, and compared the diagnosis result of specimens after LEEP by biopsy under colposeopy .Results Except 12 cases with unsatisfactory results, the detection rate of TCT abnormality was 8.43%;included ASCUS5.03%,LSIL1.72%, HSIL1.59% and SCC0.09%. The results of LEEP preoperative and postoperative showed significant difference, abnormal DNA ploidy occurred to 4.46% of the cases. Conclusion Cervical cytology screening might improve the detection rate of cervical precancerous lesions and early cervical carcinoma by using TCT technology, biopsy and DNA ploidy analysis.
