摘要
目的研究金银花叶醇提取物和水提取物抑菌作用之间的差别。方法通过抑菌环直径的测定及最低抑菌浓度的测定来进行比较。结果金银花叶醇提取物生药浓度为1000mg/ml对金黄色葡萄球菌,大肠杆菌,枯草杆菌的抑菌环直径均大于8mm,而水提取物的生药浓度为842mg/ml对上述三种菌的抑菌环直径均小于8mm。金银花叶醇提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌,枯草杆菌的最低抑菌浓度为将药物稀释到1:8的稀释度,对大肠杆菌最低抑菌浓度为将药物稀释到1:16的稀释度。结论金银花叶醇提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌,大肠杆菌,枯草杆菌有抑菌作用,水提物没有抑菌作用。
Objective To compare the antimicrobial efficacy of alcohol extract and water extract of honeysuckle leaves. Methods The antimicrobial effects of alcohol extract and water extract of honeysuckle leaves were observed and compared by experiments with paper dish methods and measuring minimal inhibitory concentration. Results The diameters of bacterial inhibition zones of the ethanol extract honeysuckle leaves,containing 1000 mg.mL-1 crude drug, were larger than 8mm. And the diameter of bacterial inhibition zones of the water extract,containing 842 mg.mL-1 crude drug, were smaller than 8mm.The minimal inhibitory concentration of alcohol extract to the Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis was 1:8. The minimal inhibitory concentration of alcohol extract to the E. coli was 1:16. Conclusion The honeysuckle alcohol extract revealed obvious antimicrobial effect, but water extract from honeysuckle leaf showed no inhibitory effect.
