摘要 目的了解海南省孕产妇贫血发生率的分布特点及其发生的有关影响因素,为今后有针对性开展孕产妇贫血干预性研究提供理论资料。方法于2010年9月至11月,采用多阶段分层整群抽样方法,在海南省各个市县(区)抽取3个乡镇卫生院为调查点,调查妊娠至产后42天内的孕产妇10297例;采用我国的贫血诊断标准判断孕产妇贫血状况。结果海南省孕产妇贫血患病率24.10%,中重度贫血患病率2.20%,素食或者偏食的孕产妇贫血患病率高于正常饮食的孕产妇,常吃瘦肉、动物肝脏、血制品、新鲜水果、复合维生素或者微量元素制剂或叶酸片的孕产妇贫血患病率较低。结论均衡膳食有利于体内铁储备,应加强针对医疗保健人员的专业营养知识培训,设立专门的门诊,为育龄妇女尤其是孕产妇提供更准确的信息。 Objective To understand the factors affecting maternal anemia in Hainan Province, including Diet and nutrition .Methods Anemia in 10 297 gravidae and lyingin women.42 days -after delivery or 42 days before delivery selected from each of the three townships of each county(cities) in Hainan from September to November in 2010 by using a stratified cluster sampling method were determined. Results The anemia prevalence was 24.10%, moderate to severe anemia prevalence rate was 2.20%.The anemia prevalence rate in those frequently eating lean meat, animal liver, blood products, fresh fruit, co-vitamins or folic acid tablets was low. Conclusion Dietary intervention on lyingin women and gravidae is indicated to reduce the anemia prevalence.
