This paper expounds the network marketing crime cases have involved a large number of people, a huge amount of money and much difficulty in investigation and collection of evidence, cheating means constant renovation, in such cases, hidden strong, deceptive, affecting a wide range of hazardous are described. Taking the typical intemet pyramid selling case as an example, the network marketing case evidence search and extraction were analyzed and the prevention means of such cases are proposed.
