摘要
以阔叶木浆为原料,在反应温度80℃、酸浓2.5 mol·L-1、固液比1:15的条件下,反应时间60 min,研究了Fe3+、Co2+、Al3+、Cu2+4种金属离子对纤维素酸水解的促进作用。结果表明,金属离子能促进纤维素的酸水解,其中Fe3+相对于其他金属离子的促进作用效果最佳,实验条件下,Fe3+浓度在0.4 mol·L-1时所得水解纤维素的得率为91.74%,α-纤维素含量56.99%,结晶度56.93%。
The woodpulp was acid hydrolyzed under this condition: hydrolysis temperature was 80℃, acid concentration was 2.5 mol L-1, solid and liquid ratio was 1:15, hydrolysis time was 60 min, and catalyzed by Fe3+, Co2+, Al3+, Cu2+. The results showed that metal ions could promote the acid hydrolysis of cellulose and the Fe3+ had the best effect than others. Under this condition, the cellulose yield after acid hydrolysis was 91.74%, α-cellulose content was 56.99% and the crystallinity of hydrolyzed cellulose was 56.93% when Fe3+ concentration was 0.4 mol L-1.
