摘要 以六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)和聚乙二醇-200(PEG-200)为原料制备了一系列HDI型非离子表面活性剂。对其合成工艺进行了研究,对产物进行了表征和物理性能检测,并研究合成产物在洗涤法脱墨中的应用,与市售脱墨剂的脱墨效果进行了对比。结果表明:当n(HDI):n(PEG200)为1:1.3、反应温度为55℃、反应时间为2 h、催化剂用量为0.10%(Ⅱ号)时可达最佳脱墨效果;最佳合成的产物表面张力为29.98 mN·m-1,临界胶束浓度(CMC)为0.52mmol·L-1,起泡比为68.3%,脱墨后成纸白度可达65.5%ISO,残余油墨量仅为63.75 mm2·m-2。 A kind of nonionic surfactant was synthesized by hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI) and polyethylene glycol-200 (PEG-200), its synthetic process was researched. ~he chemical structure of product was characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR. Meanwhile the physical properties were also determined, and the application of synthetic product in waste paper deinking with washing process and the comparison between the product and commercial deinking agent were studied. The best reaction condition was determined as follows: the molar ratio of HDI to PEG-200 is 1:1.3 at 55 ^(2 for 2 h, and the amount of the catalyst is 0.10%(No. ]I ). ~Ihrough the test, it's surface tension is 29.98 mN'm-1, the critical micelle concentration is 0.52 mmol'L 1 accordingly, the bubbly proportion is 68.3 %, the whiteness of the deinking pulp can reach to 65.5 % ISO and the residual ink concentration can be decreased to 63.75 mm2 m-2.
