氧化葡甘露聚糖纸张增强剂的制备与评价研究 被引量:2

Oxidation of Glucomannan and Its Influences on Paper Properties

摘要 利用2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-1-氧自由基(TEMPO)氧化葡甘露聚糖用作纸张增强剂,就TEMPO氧化反应的条件和抄纸条件对纸张和回收纸的物理性能的影响进行评价与研究。研究表明,在pH为5、添加Al2(SO4)30.5%、氧化时间为45 min的葡甘露聚糖1%的条件下,纸张性能和回收纸的物理性能均有大幅度提高。相比未添加葡甘露聚糖的纸张,耐折度提高1677.78%,耐破指数提高17.63%,抗张指数提高41.51%,撕裂指数降低3.94%;回收纸的撕裂指数提高54.89%,耐折度提高100.00%,抗张指数提高102.23%。并采用红外光谱仪及扫描电镜对其增强机理进行了初步研究。 The 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-l-piperidinyloxy (TEMPO) oxidation of glucomannan and its influence on paper properties were studied. "Ihe result showed that folding endurance, burst index and tensile index of handsheets increase by 1677.78%, 17.63% and 41.51% respectively on the condition: pH 5.0, the additive aluminum sulfate amount 0.5%, additive agent 1% of original pulp. Tear index, folding endurance and tensile index of recycled paper increase by 54.89%, 100.00% and 102.23% respectively. The strengthening mechanism was briefly studied using infrared spectrometer and scan electronic microscope.
