胎儿三维超声在产前诊断中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 三维超声可以立体方式显示胎儿解剖结构的形态、大小、空间关系及其活动情况。随着超声影像技术和计算机的发展,它在胎儿产前诊断中的应用日趋广泛,为传统二维产前胎儿复杂畸形的超声诊断提供了新手段,如胎儿心血管系统、神经系统、颜面部及骨骼系统畸形,减少了产科检查时间,降低了对检查者技能的依赖性,提高了诊断的精确性,具有重要的临床意义。 Three-dimensional ultrasound can demon- strate the morphology, size, spatial relationships of fe- tal anatomic structures and fetal movement status in detail. Recent advances in the technology of ultra- sound imaging allow almost all the organ system of fetal examinations by three-dimensional ultrasound. It provides a novel means for assessing fetal compli- cated defects in congenital heart disease , central nervous system anomalies,facial and skeletal malfor- mations by conventional two-dimensional ultrasound. It decreases the examination time , reduces the de- pendence on individual skills and inproves diagnostic accuracy , so makes a significant value in prenatal di- agnosis.
