中晚孕期正常胎儿静脉导管血流频谱分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨中晚孕期正常胎儿静脉导管(DV)血流参数变化规律并建立正常值范围。方法应用彩色多普勒超声检查2012年1月至2013年5月中国医科大学附属盛京医院(121例)及沈阳市妇婴医院(91例)就诊的212例21—42孕周正常单胎胎儿,成功获取DV血流频谱196例,测量速度参数与阻力参数值。结果获得各参数正常值范围,其中速度参数与孕周呈指数正相关(P〈0.01);阻力参数与孕周呈指数负相关(P〈0.01)。结论中晚孕期正常胎儿DV血流频谱速度参数随孕周增长而上升,阻力参数随孕周增长而下降。 Objective To explore the rule of hemodynamics of ductus venosus (DV) in normal fetuses during second and third trimester and establish reference ranges of normal value. Methods A total of 212 cases of normal single pregnancy at 21 -42 weeks'gestation admitted between January 2012 and May 2013 at Shengjing Hospital of China Medical Univer- sity ( 121 cases) and Shenyang Women's and Children's Hospital (91 cases) were examined by color Doppler ultrasound. Among them, 196 cases of flow spectrum of DV were gained successfully. The blood flow velocity parameters and resist- ance parameters of DV were measured. Results The ranges of normal value of every DV parameter were gained. The blood flow velocity parameters had positive correlation with gestational age (P 〈 0.01 ). The resistance parameters had negative correlation with gestational ages (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The blood flow velocity parameters of DV in normal fetuses during second and third trimester increase with advancing gestational age, while resistance parameters decrease with advancing gestational age.
