银杏酮酯对急性血瘀证大鼠血液流变学和免疫功能调控

Regulation of Ginkgo biloba extract on hemorheological parameters and immune function in acute blood stasis rats

目的:观察银杏酮酯(GBE50)对血瘀证大鼠血液流变学和免疫功能的调控作用。方法:将雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、GBE50组,给予相应的药物干预11d后以皮下注射盐酸肾上腺素复合冰水浴造成大鼠血瘀证模型。次日颈动脉取血,检测血液流变学指标和血清细胞因子IFN-γ、IL-4、TNF-α含量。结果:模型组全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数和变形指数都高于正常组,其中全血黏度200与血浆黏度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血清TNF-α、IFN-γ浓度与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),IL-4也呈下降趋势;GBE50能够改善血瘀证大鼠血液流变学指标的变化,提高红细胞压积(P<0.01),并能降低血清TNF-α含量,增加IFN-γ和IL-4的表达。结论:GBE50能够改善血瘀证大鼠血液流变学指标的变化,纠正细胞因子表达的失衡,调控免疫功能。

Objective： To investigate the effect of Ginkgo biloba extract 50 （GBE50）on hemorheology and immunologic function in rat model with acute blood stasis syndrome. Methods： SD rats were divided into control group, model group, GBE50 group. After drugs administration by intragastric route for 11 days, the blood stasis model was established by subcutaneous injection of epinephrine hydrochloride composite with ice water bath. The hemorheology and serum TNF-α, IFN-γ, IL-4were tested. Results： The whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte gathered index and deformation index in model group were higher than those in control group, the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity had statistically differences （P 〈 0.05）. Compared with control group, model group had higher serum TNF-α and lower IFN-γ concentration （P 〈0. 001 ）. GBE50 can improve blood theology indexes, especially improve hematocrit（ P 〈 0. 01 ）, and reduce serum TNF-α content, increase IFN-γ and IL-4 expression. Conclusion： GBE50 can improve blood stagnation and inhibit excessive inflammation, regulate immune function.
