脑膜癌病的诊治

The Diagnosis and Treatment of Meningeal Garcinomatosis

目的 探讨脑膜癌病的诊治方法及预后。方法 结合文献对 10例脑膜癌病的临床资料进行分析。结果 10例病人头颅CT平扫均正常 ,脑脊液均有改变 ,8例有脑电图改变 ,鞘内化疗可改善患者神经系统症状和体征。结论 脑脊液细胞学检查是诊断脑膜癌病的主要依据 ,本病目前尚无有效的治疗方法 ,脑膜癌病预后不良。

Objective To approach the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of meningeal carcinomatosis.Methods Analyzing the clinical data of 10 patients with meningeal carcinomatosis with their literature.Results The 10 patients all had normal CT scanning and cerebrospinal fluid change,8 patients had the change of electroencephalogram,the neurologic symptom and sign were improved by intrathecal chemotherapy.Conclusions Cerebrospinal fluid cytological examination is an important way to diagnose meningeal carcinomatosis There is no effective way to treat meningeal carcinomatosis now.The prognosis of meningeal carcinomatosis is poor.
