视网膜电图检测对视网膜静脉阻塞视功能的评价

The evaluate visual function of electroretinogram data on retinal vein occlusion

目的探讨视网膜电图（ｅｌｅｃｔｒｏｒｅｔｉｎｏｇｒａｍ，ＥＲＧ）的检测对视网膜静脉阻塞（ｒｅｔｉｎａｌ ｖｅｉｎ ｏｃｃｌｕｓｉｏｎ，ＲＶＯ）视功能评价的可能性。方法对２１例ＲＶＯ患者及２３例正常对照组分别进行ＥＲＧ检测，测ａ、ｂ波振幅、峰港时和振荡电位振幅。结果 ＲＶＯ组最大反应 ａ、 ｂ波振幅较对照组明显下降．峰潜时延长，振荡电位幅值也明显降低，ＣＲＶＯ与ＢＲＶＯ组间有显著差异，说明随病变程度而加重。结论ＥＲＧ检测可作为判断ＲＶＯ视功能状态．病变程度及预后的客观重要手段。

Objective To probe the possibility visual function of electroretinogram (ERG)maximum combined response for retinal vein occlusion(RVO). Methods The ERG data were used in twenty--one patients with RVO and twenty--three control eyes, a. b -wave amplitude and impact time oscillatory potential (OPs )amplitude. Results The ERG a. b wave and OPs amplitude were signifilantly lower in RVO group than control group. a. b-wave impact time extend. It was positively correlated with severity of RVO. Conclusion It was important method that ERG data was used to judge visual function and degree outcome of RVO.
