摘要
目的 探讨高度近视眼患者的中心视野改变特点及其与眼底病变的关系,评价高度近视眼的发展状态和预后。方法 利用微机化视野分析仪和激光扫描眼底镜检查高度近视254眼,以中低度近视组作对比。结果高度近视中心视野MS、MD及 CLV在各组间有显著性差异( P <0. 01)。各组间眼底损害程度构成比有非常显著性差异(P<0. 005)。结论 近视屈光度与中心视野 MD及 CLV之间的关系分析有助于早期判断高度近视的病变程度及有无合并其它眼底病变。黄斑部的功能异常常早于黄斑部出现形态学异常。
Objective To explore the correlation between changes of visual fields and ocular fundus lesions in high myopia. Methods The central visual fields tested by and Octopus Field Analyzer and posterior polar le- sions examinated by Topps SLO in 254 eyes with high myopia were investigated. Cases with low and moderate de- grees of myopia were the controls. Results There were the statistical significant differences (P <0. 01) in MS, MD and CLV of central visual fields between the groups and the visual field defects were present in the high my- opic eyes. However,they were related to the degrees of high myopia,the age of the patient and the seventy of the posterior polar lesions. The appearance of central relative scotomata in high myopia detected by a quantified auto- mated perimeter is perior to the appearance of macular lesions seen under and SLO. Conclusions The central visual field and SLO examination are helpful to the early diagnosis of macular disease in high myopia.
