摘要
目的 探讨应用玻璃体手术制备兔孔源性视网膜脱离模型的病理特征。方法25只兔(25只眼)均采用玻璃体切割、视网膜裂孔和视网膜下腔注射的方法,制备视网膜脱离模型。排除失败的5只眼后,20只眼术后进行视网膜电图(ERG)和荧光眼底血管造影(FFA)检查,并分别于术后第1、4、7 天和28天进行常规的光镜和透射电镜检查。结果20只视网膜全脱离眼,随着时间的延长,视网膜外层变性萎缩,膜状物形成,视网膜皱襞明显,并有新生血管生成。结论 本模型与临床特征类似,是一种稳定和便于比较的孔源性视网膜脱离模型。
Objective To investigate the pathological changes of rhematogenous retinal detachment (RRD) in rabbits produced by vitrectomy. Methods The RRD models of New Zealand rabbits (25 eyes) were produced by vitrectomy, associated with retinal breaks and injection of subretinal space. 5 failure eyes were extruded from the study. Postoperatively, electroretinography (ERG) and fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA ) were made,and routine light microscopy and transmission electromicroscopy were done at 1,4, 7, 14 and 28 days,respectively. Results In the whole retinal detachment of 20 eyes,the outer part of retina became increasingly degenerative and had atrophy,membrane formation and obvious retinal folds,associated with a neovascularization. Conclusion This model similar to clinical characterastics of RRD,is a stable and easily compartive one.
