Research on the Clearance in Crank-group Driving Mechanism

摘要 研究了曲柄群驱动机构中各个运动副处的间隙问题。曲柄群驱动机构是一种新兴的传动机构,为了保证机构的加工精度,使机构能够正常运转,防止产生装配应力,运动副处必须留有间隙。但是间隙的存在会对机构产生很多不利影响,这就需要寻求可以减小其影响的方法。实际应用中,可以根据需要选择适宜的轴的支撑组合型式,进行转动副的合理设计与配置,注意改善摩擦和润滑条件,并通过计算选取合理的运动副间隙,综合运用以上各种方法以减小运动副间隙的影响。 The clearance between kinematic pairs in the crank-group driving mechanism is studied.Crank-group driving mechanism is a new type of transmission mechanism,and there must be clearance between kinematic pairs to guarantee the machining precision of the mechanism,to make the mechanism to operate normally and prevent the generation of assembly stress.But the existence of clearance may have much adverse effects on the mechanism,then it is a necessary to find out some ways to decline its bad effects.In the practical application,can choose appropriate support combination type of shafts according to requirements,make reasonable design and configuration on the rotational pair,improve the friction and lubrication condition,and select reasonable kinematic pair clearance through calculation,and by the comprehensive use of various above methods to reduce the influence of kinematic pair clearance.
