一种基于柔性铰链技术的微型放大机构研究

Research on a Micro Amplifier Mechanism based on Flexible Hinge Technology

摘要 基于柔性铰链的传动及导向原理,提出了一种可以精确的放大直线位移的微型机构,该机构具有对称性好、机构简单紧凑、无附加位移、位移放大精度高等优点;在建立该机构的运动学模型基础上,给出了其工作原理;根据机构学原理计算出该机构放大比例,采用有限元法对该机构进行静力学分析,二者误差为4.66%。 A micro amplifier mechanism which is able to accurate amplification linear displacement is designed based on drive and guiding principles of flexible hinges,and it has the advantages such as good symmetry,simple and compact structure,no additional displacement,highly accuracy in amplification displacement,the working principle of this mechanism is given based on establishing the kinematics model of the mechanism,the amplification ratio of the mechanism is calculated by mechanisms principle,then,statics of the mechanism is analyzed by finite element method,and the error is only 4.66% between them.
