摘要 研究弧面分度凸轮实体建模方法,提出基于Mathcad和Pro/E的联合仿真建模途径。弧面分度凸轮几何形状复杂,在三维软件里直接建模必须进行繁杂的二次开发,费时耗力。应用Mathcad生成轮廓面的数据文件,并用Pro/E读取数据文件得到轮廓曲线,进而建立三维模型,并在Pro/E的NC环境下对弧面分度凸轮进行了数控加工仿真,验证了该建模方法的有效性。 The collaborative simulation and modeling method of globoid indexing cam based on Mathcad and Pro/E is studied.Globoid indexing cam geometry shape is complex,the complicated secondary development must be carried out in 3D software modeling directly,and it is time-consuming and labor-intensive.The contour surface data file is generated by using Mathcad,and the outline curve is got by using Pro/E reading the data file,then a three-dimensional model is built,and CNC machining simulation of globoid indexing cam is carried out in Pro/E NC environment,the validity of the modeling approach is verified.This collaborative simulation and modeling method has the characteristic of clear mathematical relationship,modeling convenient and efficient.
