摘要
直线齿廓齿轮是一种新型的冲压齿轮,其优越性主要表现为:加工制造方便且易于实现高精齿面,加工成本低,传动精度高。在啮合理论基础上,运用坐标变换原理,推导了直线齿廓特殊配对齿轮副的齿廓线方程和啮合线方程。利用所求知的共轭齿廓,通过实例计算分析了中心距存在偏差时传动比的变化情况,为该类齿轮的正确应用及其传动中的振动和噪声问题的进一步研究打下理论基础。
Straight tooth profile gear is a new-style stamping gear.It can not only be conveniently machined and easy to obtain high precision of tooth surface,but also low cost and high precision transmission.Based on meshing theory,by using the principle of coordinate transformation,tooth profile equations and meshing line equations of the special mating gear pairs are deduced.By using the calculated conjugate tooth profiles,the change of transmission ratio is analyzed by example of calculation when center distance deviates from the standard distance,which lays a theoretical foundation for its correct application and further research of noise and vibration during the process of transmission.
