摘要
弧齿锥齿轮旋向和转动方向决定轴向力的方向,针对TK系列斜齿轮-弧齿锥齿轮减速器中齿轮轴上轴向力叠加的问题,分析了不同条件下各齿轮轴的轴向受力情况。提出改变现有TK系列齿轮减速器中齿轮的旋向组合,以减小滚动轴承、齿轮轴以及箱体承受的载荷,提高其使用寿命。
The direction of the axial force of spiral bevel gear is decided by the rotation and direction of gear.The superposition problem of the gear shaft axial force of the helical-spiral bevel gear reducer is discussed,the gear shaft axial force is analysed in different conditions.In order to reduce the bear load and improve working life of rolling bearings,gear shaft and box,changing the gear combined rotary of the TK series gear reducer is proposed.
