摘要
基于Fluent12对齿轮泵的流场进行了仿真,并对齿轮泵的困油压力和泵腔内液体流速进行了分析,结果表明,液压油的高流速出现在进油口、出油口和困油区;增大齿隙或进一步缩小传统卸荷槽间距,可以缓解困油现象。
The flow field simulation of gear pump is carried out based on Fluent 12.The trapped oil pressure of gear pump and the liquid velocity of pump cavity are analyzed.The results show that,high velocity of the hydraulic oil appeared in the inlet and outlet opening and trapped oil area.Increase backlash or further narrowing the spacing of traditional unloading tank,the trapped oil phenomenon can be eased.
