摘要
采用有机相还原法制备了VPO催化剂,并将其用于正丁烷催化氧化合成顺酐。利用单因素实验考察反应温度、原料气组成和空速对催化反应的影响。结果表明,在反应温度420℃、正丁烷物质的量分数1.5%和体积空速1 800 h-1工艺条件下,正丁烷转化率83.23%,顺酐选择性70.59%。
VPO catalyst was prepared by reduction method in organic medium and was used for the selective oxidation of n-butane to maleic anhydride. The influence of reaction temperature, feed gas composition and space velocity were investigated. The experimental results showed that n-butane conversion of 83.23% and the selectivity to maleic anhydride of 70.59% were attained under the optimal condition as follows:reaction temperature 420℃, n-butane molar fraction 1.5 % and space velocity 1 800 h-1.
