摘要
对现有褐煤干燥提质技术进行了综述,并指出了现有技术在实际应用中的大型化、安全以及经济性方面存在的问题。为实现褐煤的高效利用,提出了一种水平移动床褐煤干燥技术用于燃煤锅炉烟气余热回收方法,并工艺实施过程中所涉及的设备腐蚀、干燥产物自燃以及水分复吸等控制策略进行了分析。水平移动床工艺是一种可大型化干燥褐煤的有效方式,通过合理的工艺配风布置以及严格的产物水分控制,避免设备腐蚀、产物自燃以及水分再复吸是可以实现的,且可充分利用燃煤锅炉烟气余热,实现节能减排的目的。
Current lignite drying technologies were reviewed and analyzed. Upsizing and safety issues still an opening question for their engineering utilization around world. A method for the lignite drying with the horizontal moving packed bed and its utilization for waste heat recovery from flue gases in power plants was proposed. The material corrosion of the drying device, spontaneous combustion and moisture reabsorption of the dried products were analyzed, and their countermeasures were developed. The proposed method could recover the waste heat from the flue gases in the power plants.
