摘要
建立了悬臂转子不平衡响应有限元分析模型,仿真分析了发电机转子对称不平衡重量、反对称不平衡重量、励磁机转子悬臂不平衡重量分布情况下转子振动特征。结果表明,工作转速下,悬臂端不平衡重量可引起发电机转子振型畸变,激发较大对称振动分量。运用分析结论分析了某实际机组振动。
A finite element model is set up to analyze the unbalance response of the turbo-generator with cantilever. Under the unbalance weight distributed symmetrical/anti-symmetrical at the both sides of the generator and at the exciter rotor, the dynamic characteristics of the rotor are analyzed respectively. The results show that, under the speed of 3000r/min, unbalance weight at the exciter may cause the second mode shape of the generator rotor distortion and produce a great amount of symmetrical component. Vibration caused by cantilever unbalance in a real turbine unit is given. Abnormal vibration is analyzed using the model.
