医学生非理性素质培养途径探讨

Training ways of irrational qualities of medical students

随着社会发展,人类对医疗服务需求激增,只掌握医学相关知识的医学生已经满足不了患者的多层次需求,社会对医学生的综合素质有了更高要求。非理性素质是医学生综合素质的重要组成部分。探索如何培养医学生非理性素质具有重要意义,文章试图通过对其培养途径进行探讨,力求为今后医学生非理性素质培养提供参考。

With the development of society, medical needs rise rapidly. Medical students who only master the knowl- edge about medicine can＇t meet the multi--layered demand of people, therefore, there is an increasing demand for medi- cal students who have overall qualities. Irrationality is an important part of medical students＂ overall qualities. There- fore,it is important to explore the training ways of irrationality. This paper tries to investigate and provide references to the training ways of irrationality.
