杨士瀛《仁斋小儿方论》有关脾胃病的学术思想有 :1食积疳劳 ,皆脾胃受病 ;2论治脾胃 ,重虚实寒热气血变化 ;3崇钱乙法文中 ,药善甘温补脾。认为脾胃虚弱 ,诸邪乃生。治病多从调理小儿脾胃入手 ,对惊。

The academic thought of Yan Shiying on spleen-stomach disease includes that,1.in all the diseases such as retention of food,malnutrition and tuberculosis the spleen and stomach are affected.2.The treatment of spleen and stomach is stressed on the changes of deficiency and excess,cold and heat,Qi and blood.3.As the worship of Qian Yi and Chen Wenzhong,the application of druge is good at sweet and warm for nourishing spleen.It is thought that the attack of pathogenis factors is due to dificiency of spleen and stomach.And the treatment is based on the regulation of spleen and stomach especially for infantile convulsion and malnutrition
