摘要
采用面—面接触模型来模拟齿啮式卡箍连接结构的接触问题,使用大型的有限元应力分析软件Ansys14.0,运用该软件所提供的三维实体单元,对卡箍连接结构的接触部位进行详细的应力分析,并得到接触面上的应力分布云图,然后按照JB4732-1995(2005年确认)对危险截面进行应力强度评定,许用应力按照GB150-2011选取。
By using face-face contact model, the contact question of tooth typical clamp connections was simulated. Utilizing larger finite element stress analysis software Ansysl4.0, 3-D solid element from this software was employed to calculate the stresses of clamp connections, the contact stresses in this structure was analyzed, thus, obtained. And then, the strength the distribution nep of these dangerous hogram of the stresses on the contact surface was sections was evaluated by JB4732-1995 (Rev. 2005), the available stress is in accordance with GB150-2011.
