摘要 针对我国某电站锅炉所采用的暖风器存在的风阻大、加热效果差、疏水控制过于简单、维修量大等问题,通过对不同形式的暖风器的运行性能和疏水控制方式等进行技术分析,最终进行了暖风器技术改造。改造结果表明,改造后可有效解决现有暖风器存在的上述问题,暖风器去凝汽器疏水系统在北方高寒地区具有较大的优势,可以确保机组系统可靠性,而且节能效益突出,单台炉每年可节省支出111.3万元,技术改造取得良好的效果。 In a domestic power plant, the steam air heaters of boilers have the problems of big wind drag, had heating effect, too simple drain control and too much maintenance. Based on the analysis of the operating performance and control mode for different kinds of steam air heaters, technical transformation of steam air heater was carried out to solve above problems. The transformation results showed that, to-condenser drain system of steam air heater has great advantages in the northern alpine region, can ensure the reliability of the unit system, and have good energy efficiency. For single furnace, annual cost savings is about 1. 113 million Yuan. The technical transformation gets good effect.
