放射免疫分析法与AC快速尿液检测法检测尿吗啡的比较

目的··:对放射免疫分析法 (RIA )与AC快速尿液检验法 (AC液法 )检测尿吗啡进行比较 ,并应用RIA法检测滥用海洛因者停止吸毒后尿吗啡逐日排泄量和阳性率 ,提高吸毒鉴定水平。方法··:采用RIA和AC液法检测尿中吗啡。结果··:RIA显示吸毒者停止吸毒后d1 -3阳性率为100 %,与之相比,AC液法假阴性率6.3 %以上 ,假阳性率16.0 %。结论··:RIA可用于分析海洛因滥用者尿吗啡排泄规律 ,能较准确反映尿中吗啡含量 ,可提高戒毒场所对吸毒者的鉴定水平。

Objective: To compare the method of radioimmunoassay(RIA) and AC quickscreen urine drug test(AC urine test) for the determination of morphine in urine and test the daily excretion of morphine with RIA so as to improve the testing level of drug abuse. Method: RIA and AC urine test were adopted to determine morphine in urine. Result: RIA positive rate during the first three days after drug withdrawal was 100%; while AC urine test had 6.3% false negative rate and 16.0% false positive rate. Conclusion: RIA can be used to analyze the regular rule of morphine excretion of drug abusers and express the amount of morphine in urine more accurately. With RIA , detoxification constitutions can improve their testing level of drug abuse.
