摘要
针对U型通风上隅角瓦斯浓度容易超限的难题,采用解析法研究了U型通风的漏风场和由插管抽采产生的流场,结合二号斜井A504回采工作面参数,采用Fluent软件分别模拟了仅上隅角封堵及上隅角封堵联合插管抽采的瓦斯治理效果。结果表明,仅上隅角封堵治理瓦斯效果有限,封堵上隅角与插管抽采采空区瓦斯联合作用是治理U型通风上隅角瓦斯浓度超限的根本措施。
According to the difficult problem of the gas concentration easy over limit in the upper comer of the U type ventilation in the underground mine, an analytical method was applied to study on the air leakage field of the U type ventilation and the air flow filed caused by the pipeline gas drainage. In combination with the parameters of No.A5O4 coal mining face in No. 2 Mine inclined shaft, the Fluent software was applied to the simulation of the gas control effect of the upper comer sealing only and the combined pipeline gas drainage in the upper comer sealing. The results showed that the gas control effect of the upper comer sealing was limited and the combined effect of the upper comer sealing and the pipeline gas drainage in the goat" would be the basic measure to control the gas concentration over limit in the upper comer of the U type ventilation.
