apo-B基因型与脑血管病患者血脂水平关系的研究

The Relationship Between apo-B Gene Polymorphism Characters and the Level of Lipoprotein in Cerebralvescular Disorders

目的 :探讨脑出血与脑梗塞两种不同类型脑血管病各基因型的血脂水平。方法 :采用病例对照的研究方法 ,分别比较两种不同类型脑血管病患者的基因型特征 ,以及具有不同基因型者的血脂水平之间的差异。结果 :脑血管病组和正常对照组基因型分别以 E+ 、X- 为主 ,病例组 E- 、X+ 相对频率显著高于对照组。结论 :E- 和 X+ 等位基因是脑血管病发病中十分重要的基因类型 ,并可能通过影响脂质代谢来影响发病。

Objective:To investigate the relationship between lipoprotein levels and every apo B genotypes in cerebralvescular disorder.Method:case control study was used to compare apo B gene expression characters in patients with cerebralvescular disorders and study the relationship between the genotypes and lipoprotein level.Results:The predominant genotypes in the case and the control groups were E +、X -.The relative frequency of E -、X + in case group was outstanding higher than that in control group.The level of apo A in patients of infarction with E + gene expression was significant higher than that with E - gene expression.The level of apo A in patients of infarction with X + gene expression was significant lower than that with X - gene expression.The level of apo B in patients of infarction with X + gene expression was significant higher than that with X - gene expression.Conclusion:The main gene expression in Tianjin residents were E +、X -.Allele E - and X + were the risk genes in cerebralvascular patients and might promote the development of the cerebralvescular disorder by disturbing the lipoprotein metabolism.
