盆腔炎合剂对子宫平滑肌活动的作用

Effect of mixture penqiangyan on uterine smooth muscle

目的:观察盆腔炎合剂对家兔在体和大鼠离体子宫平滑肌活动的作用。方法:家兔随机分为空白对照组、盆腔炎合剂(8.1、16.3 g和32.5 g/kg)组和妇炎康复合剂(4.5 g/kg)组采用十二指肠给药;大鼠随机分为空白对照组、盆腔炎合剂(11.4、22.8和45.5g/kg)组和妇炎康复合剂(7.0 g/kg)组,每天口服给药2次,连续3 d后,采集血液分离含药血清,然后分离得到大鼠离体子宫并分别以上述含药血清处理,观察子宫平滑肌收缩情况。结果:盆腔炎合剂16.3 g/kg和32.5 g/kg组显著提高家兔在体子宫平滑肌收缩幅度(P<0.05),且盆腔炎合剂16.3 g/kg组疗效优于盆腔炎合剂8.1 g/kg组(P<0.05)。盆腔炎合剂91.0 g/kg组含药血清可显著增加大鼠离体子宫的收缩幅度和收缩活力(P<0.05～P<0.01),盆腔炎合剂45.5 g/kg组含药血清仅对子宫收缩的幅度有增加作用(P<0.05)。结论:盆腔炎合剂能促进子宫活动,可能对慢性盆腔炎症状有一定改善作用。

Objective：To observe in vivo effect of mixture penqiangyan on rabbit uterine smooth muscle movement and in vivo effect of mixture penqiangyan on rat uterine smooth muscle movement. Methods ： Rabbits were grouped into control group, mixture penqiangyan groups（8.1,16.3 and 32.5 g/kg） and mixture fuyankangfu group（4.5 g/kg） with duodenal administering. Rats were grouped into control group, mixture penqiangyan groups （ 11.4, 22. 8 and 45.5 g/kg） and mixture fuyankangfu group （ 7.0 g/kg） with oral administering twice a day for three days. Three days later, mixture penqiangyan containing serum was isolated from the rats and rat uterine isolated were incubated with mixture penqiangyan containing serum in vivo. Results ： Sixteen point three g/kg and 32.5 g/kg of mixture penqiangyan significantly excite amplitude of rabbit uterine contraction in vivo （P 〈 0.05 ）, and effect of 16.3 g,/kg of mixture penqiangyan is better than that of 8.1 g/kg. Further study showed that 91.0 g/kg of mixture penqiangyan containing serum significantly excite amplitude and activity of rat uterine contraction in vitro （ P 〈 0.05 - P 〈 0.01 ）, while 45.5 g/kg of mixture penqiangyan containing serum only increased the amplitude of rat uterine contraction （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions ： Mixture penqiangyan may improve symptoms of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease by exciting uterine smooth muscle.
