摘要 目的:观察Toric人工晶状体在老年性白内障患者植入术中应用效果。方法:收集64例老年性白内障患者,且角膜散光介于0.75D~2.5 D,行单眼白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术,观察组34例植入Toric人工晶状体,对照组30例植入普通单片式人工晶状体,观察术前、术后第1天和术后3个月的裸眼视力、最佳矫正视力以及术后残余屈光不正。结果:2组术前和术后第1天裸眼视力差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后3个月裸眼视力2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但是最佳矫正视力差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术后散光度显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。植入Toric人工晶状体,90%旋转角度小于5°。结论:相比于传统单片式人工晶状体,Toric人工晶状体治疗老年性白内障患者效果更好,且适合于中度散光度的白内障患者。 Objective: To observe the the effect of Toric intraocular lens implantation on treating aged-cataract. Methods: The monocular cataract of 64 senile patients with astigmatism between O. 75 and 2.5 diopter were extracted. The observation group ( 34 cases) and control group (30 cases) were implanted with Toric and common IOL, respectively. The eyesight at 1 day before and after operation and 3 months after operation, the best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) and postoperative residual refractive error of all patients were recorded. Results: The eyesight differences of two group at 1 day before and after operation were not statistically significant ( P 〉 0. 05 ). At 3 months after operation, the eyesight differences of two group were statistically significant( P 〈 0.01 ) and their BCVA were not statistically significant( P 〉 0.05 ). The postoperative astigmatism of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P 〈0.01 ). The 90% rotation angle of the observation group was less than 5 degree. Conclusions:The effect of Toric intraocular lens implantation on treating aged-cataract is better than traditional IOL, which is more suitable for cataract patients with moderate astigmatism.
