摘要
目的:探讨采用以多重感觉刺激为核心的康复护理对新生儿胆红素脑病患儿疗效的影响。方法:选择胆红素脑病患儿74例,随机分为对照组35例和观察组39例。对照组采取常规护理方式至出院,观察组采用以多重感觉刺激为核心的康复护理。治疗前及治疗后6、9、12个月分别对2组患儿进行发育商数(DQ)、运动发育指数(PDI)及智力发育指数(MDI)测定。结果:对照组和观察组治疗后6、9、12个月时的DQ、PDI、MDI均较治疗前改善(P<0.01);观察组治疗后6、12个月DQ较对照组均有所改善(P<0.05和P<0.01),治疗后6、9、12个月观察组的PDI和MDI较对照组均有改善(P<0.01)。结论:以多重感觉刺激为核心的康复护理可有效加速胆红素脑病患儿脑神经的恢复,并可促进运动功能恢复及智力发育恢复。
Objective:To explore the curative effect influence of rehabilitation nursing with the core of multiple sensory stimulation on neonatal bilirubin encephalopathy. Methods:Seventy-four neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy were randomly divided into control group(35 cases ) and observation group (39 cases ). Patients in control group were nursed with routine nursing. Patients in observation group were nursed with rehabilitation nursing with the core of multiple sensory stimulation. The developmental quotient (DQ) ,psychomotor development index(PDI) and mental development index(MDI) of two groups were measured at 6,9 and 12 months before and after treatment. Results:DQ, PDI and MDI of two groups improved significantly at 6,9 and 12 months after treatment (P 〈 0.01). Compared with the control group, the DQ of the observation group were significant improvement at 6 and 12 months after treatment( P 〈 0.05 to P 〈 0.01 ), and the PDI and MDI were significant improvement at 6,9 and 12 months after treatment( P 〈 0. O1 ). Conclusions :The rehabilitation nursing with the core of multiple sensory stimulation can effectively promote the recovery of cranial nerve, motor function and intellectual development of neonatal bilirubin encephalopathy.
