人事代理制度下高校辅导员的职业化、专业化发展探究

摘要 高校辅导员的职业化、专家化发展是实现辅导员队伍可持续发展的有效途径。作为一种新型人事管理制度,人事代理制度在促进高校辅导员队伍来源渠道多样化、增强辅导员工作责任感、调动辅导员工作积极性等方面发挥了重要作用;但与此同时,以使用权和所有权相分离为核心的人事代理制度,不可避免地对高校辅导员职业化、专业化发展产生影响,采取必要的措施来消除这些影响已成为高校辅导员队伍职业化、专业化发展的关键所在。 The occupational and professional development of college counselors,is an effective way to realize the sustainable development of the counselor team.As a new type of personnel management system,personnel agency system has played an important role in promoting the diversification of sources of counselors,strengthening their sense of responsibility,and arousing the enthusiasm of the counselor work,but at the same time,the personnel agency system,with the separation of the right to use and own as the core,inevitably affects college counselors' occupational and and professional development.To take necessary measures to eliminate these effects has become a key to the occupational and professional development of the college counselor team.
