西部基层法律人才的培养是卓越法律人才培养计划的重要组成部分和着力点,要根据西部基层政法工作的特点和实际需要,通过创新人才培养模式,加强操作技能训练,加强综合辅导,鼓励学生到西部基层单位就业等方式,造就一批"下得去,留得住"的法律人才。
