In traditional education ideas,the head teacher is the representative of the truth and the authority,while students are containers of knowledge.In such class atmosphere,students＇ personality is not healthy.With social progress,modern teenagers＇ independence is obviously enhanced,and they are enthusiasm in developing their personality.For the development of children,the head teacher must have his own education ideas.
